Terms and Conditions for Participation in snom technology AG’s Advent calendar 2009

1. Purpose and Terms of Lottery

   snom technology AG is holding the following lottery:

   1. From December 1 through December 24, 2009, every snom phone user worldwide may download the snom advent calendar and receive a daily message in the form of a public Action URL onto the snom phone’s display.
   2. Each day one of the participants who registered for the lottery at www.snom.com and who correctly answers the question of the day will be selected per random generator and notified immediately via a personalized Action URL that he or she has won that day’s prize.
   3. By registering the participant agrees to these terms and conditions. Participants’ address information will only be used to mail any won prizes to them.
2. Eligibility Restrictions
   1. The lottery is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (and their family members) and agents of snom technology AG, its subsidiaries or affiliated companies may not enter the lottery. This also applies to all companies sponsoring the lottery. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the lottery. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Registrations must contain the participant’s name, email address and home address. The participant agrees to the storage and use of this data for the purpose of participating in this lottery. Every participant can only register once.
3. Prizes
   1. The prizes are expressly limited to the items listed in the lottery announcement and do not include taxes, customs duties, gratuities, or any other expense. There is no cash equivalent for prizes, except that snom technology AG, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. If modifications or substitutions of prizes are made by manufacturers or contractors, snom technology AG will notify the winners accordingly.
   2. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to assume responsibility for any further actions (like costs) connected with it and exempts snom technology AG from any liability and claims by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for injuries and damages and loss incurred by persons and/or property in connection with a prize awarded by snom technology AG. This also applies to the travel arrangements and accommodations made by snom technology AG.
   3. Void where prohibited.
